This gentle scrub-to-balm formula exfoliates to remove dry skin and to promote healthy, smooth lips. Use it to prep lips for color or alone as a hydrator with a pillow-soft sheen. It can also be used to remove stubborn lipstick. Clean easily with warm water or simply wipe off scrubbing tip if needed.

Born in Korea and raised in NYC, Emily H. Rudman has been a creative powerhouse ever since she drew her first finger-paint turkey in pre-school. Her love for drawing comic book characters and creating art on canvas quickly evolved as she traded in her pencils and watercolors for makeup brushes and face palettes. Emily’s early entrepreneurial spirit allowed her to align her talents with her education—she graduated from Tufts University, The Makeup Designory School of New York, Arrojo Cosmetology School, and Columbia Business School. Her beauty artistry and business endeavors evolved as Emily worked for MAC Cosmetics, Avon Products Inc, Bobbi Brown, Briogeo and HiFu. Since 2006, Emily has been the founder of MLE Studio, a full beauty service and consulting agency. In 2015, she started developing her own beauty brand, a dream of hers since she was 16. In 2017, Emilie Heathe launched with its first beauty product.
